Father & Sons campout

The weather forecast was not good, but they decided to stick to the plans and go anyway. Things were packed and a few things forgotten....... like air mattresses, a tarp and extra blankets, but they made it work and had a good time. The next morning they woke up to this:

Things were quickly "packed" (thrown into the back of the Tahoe) And breakfast, which was cooked by the bishopric, was enjoyed.

Then they hit the road, which by then looked like this:

They really had a good time even in the cold!

Oh, PS, I think the Bitters are in my brother's ward in Lincoln and she totally took their family pictures like around December or something and did an AMAZING job, Mark and Kari Stacy, anyways, the mormon blogging world really is small.

Those are the kinds of campouts where boys build character, and Dads figure out how to pack and prepare better.
